Ryan brings over twenty years’ experience in urban development, construction management, and property management to the team. His background includes the development of over 700 market rate, affordable housing (LIHTC) and mixed-income units of housing, most recently as Vice President of Real Estate Development at ICCF in Grand Rapids.
Greg Schmidt
PARTNER
Greg has twenty years’ experience working at noted architecture firms in Grand Rapids, Chicago, Boston, and New York City. His background includes planning, new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic restoration projects for commercial, residential, institutional, religious, and educational clients.
